What is nunchi?

눈치 (nunchi) has no direct English word — the closest is "reading the room," but in Korea it's closer to a survival skill. It's the ability to sense what someone really means, wants, or feels without them saying it out loud, and to adjust your own words and tone in response. Textbooks teach vocabulary and grammar; they don't teach nunchi. This lab does.

Each scene drops you into a real situation with a Korean stranger. You pick a reply, and instead of just a right/wrong grade, you see the character's outward reaction and their private thought bubble — the gap between the two is the whole lesson.
